Prior to proceeding with proposed dental treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you.
Payment in full is accepted at the time treatment is rendered unless otherwise discussed with Joanne, Office Manager. As a courtesy to patients, and if your dental benefits company accepts claims electronically, claims will be submitted on your behalf through EDI computerized claims processing. Payments from insurance companies are received directly by patients within a few business days.
Your company can change benefits, co-payments and deductibles throughout the year. Attempts are made to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on information available. As a courtesy, kindly keep the office informed of any changes to your dental coverage.
You will be assisted with requests your benefit provider may have including providing treatment explanatory notes, X-rays, and exam results. Communication will be made and documents will be forwarded on your behalf. It is understood, however, that patients are ultimately responsible for the fees associated with services rendered.
